- 1 lb chicken fillet, cubed
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, ginger, and garlic.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Pour sauce over cooked chicken.
- Simmer for 5-7 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Serve with rice or noodles.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
- Can use chicken thighs for more flavor.
