- 1 cup orange juice

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, and pepper flakes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until golden brown.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir well.
- Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot over rice.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or fewer red pepper flakes.
- Use fresh orange juice for best flavor.
