Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 4 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Soak the chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne.
  4. Remove chicken from buttermilk and dredge in the flour mixture.
  5. Place coated chicken on a baking sheet.
  6. Spray chicken lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
