Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Place chicken fillets between two sheets of plastic wrap.
- Pound the chicken to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Brush both sides with olive oil.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Grill chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the cooked chicken.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
