- 2 lbs chicken fillets
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add olive oil.
- Brown the chicken on both sides for about 3 minutes each.
- Add chicken broth to the pot.
- Close the lid and set the pot to manual high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Once done, let it naturally release for 5 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Shred the chicken and serve.
Notes
- Use boneless chicken for quicker cooking.
- Adjust seasoning according to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
