- 1 lb chicken fillet, sliced
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix coconut aminos, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned.
- Pour the remaining marinade over the chicken and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Drizzle sesame oil before serving.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
Notes
- Use organic chicken for best results.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Serve with steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
