Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peri peri sauce, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken pieces in the marinade.
- Let the chicken marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Ensure the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
