- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix peri peri sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Coat the chicken thighs with the mixture.
- Place the chicken on the grill.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
Notes
- Marinate the chicken for 1 hour for better flavor.
- Adjust spice level by using more or less peri peri sauce.
