- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, pineapple juice, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Add chicken wings to the marinade and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Place wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the marinade.
- Serve with extra teriyaki sauce on the side.
