- 1 pound pork tenderloin
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions
- Slice the pork tenderloin into medallions.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add pork medallions and sear until browned on both sides.
- Remove pork and set aside.
- Add garlic and mushrooms to the skillet.
- Sauté until mushrooms are tender.
- Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce.
- Return pork to the skillet.
- Simmer until pork is cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
