Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken (cut into pieces)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in the pressure cooker on medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until soft.
  3. Season the chicken pieces with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the chicken to the pot and brown on all sides.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice.
  6. Seal the pressure cooker and cook on high for 10 minutes.
  7. Allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  8. Serve the chicken with the broth over rice or vegetables.
