- 1.5 lbs chicken (cut into pieces)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in the pressure cooker on medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until soft.
- Season the chicken pieces with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the pot and brown on all sides.
- Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice.
- Seal the pressure cooker and cook on high for 10 minutes.
- Allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Serve the chicken with the broth over rice or vegetables.
