Pressure Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken: 30 Minutes to Bliss

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in the pressure cooker on sauté mode.
  3. Add chicken and brown on both sides.
  4. Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
  6. Close the lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
  7. Let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release the remaining pressure.
  8. Serve the chicken with sauce over rice or noodles.
