- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in the pressure cooker on sauté mode.
- Add chicken and brown on both sides.
- Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken.
- Close the lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release the remaining pressure.
- Serve the chicken with sauce over rice or noodles.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Use chicken fillets for a leaner option.
- Serve with steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
