Instructions
- Heat olive oil in the pressure cooker.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add chicken and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sear the chicken until browned on all sides.
- Add rice and chicken broth.
- Close the lid and set to cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes.
- Release any remaining pressure and fluff the rice before serving.
