Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and butter until crumbly.
- Add water gradually and knead until dough forms.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, and cumin.
- Roll out dough and cut into circles.
- Place filling on one half of the circle, fold, and seal edges.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
