- 1 cup barbecue sauce

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, place the chicken fillets and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove chicken from the oven and shred with two forks.
- Mix shredded chicken with barbecue sauce.
- Toast the hamburger buns.
- Assemble the sandwiches by placing pulled chicken on the bun and adding coleslaw if desired.
