- 2 pounds pork shoulder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 8 soft hamburger buns
- Coleslaw (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Rub the pork shoulder with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the pork in a roasting pan and cover it tightly with foil.
- Bake for 4-5 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
- Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Shred the pork using two forks and mix in the barbecue sauce.
- Serve the pulled pork on hamburger buns, topped with coleslaw.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Reheat pulled pork in the microwave or on the stove.
