Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 8 soft hamburger buns
  • Coleslaw (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Rub the pork shoulder with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the pork in a roasting pan and cover it tightly with foil.
  4. Bake for 4-5 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
  5. Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  6. Shred the pork using two forks and mix in the barbecue sauce.
  7. Serve the pulled pork on hamburger buns, topped with coleslaw.
