Ingredients

  • 4 tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and bell peppers. Sauté until soft.
  3. Add shredded chicken, cumin, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Place one tortilla in the skillet. Add cheese and filling on one half.
  5. Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Repeat with remaining tortillas and fillings.
  7. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
