- 250g Quorn pieces
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 100g broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add Quorn pieces and cook until browned.
- Add bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli.
- Stir in soy sauce and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
