Instructions
- In a pot, heat the chicken broth over medium heat.
- Add the mushrooms and bok choy. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Serve hot, topped with sliced boiled eggs and green onions.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
