- 4 chicken fillets
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken fillet in melted butter, then coat with the cracker mixture.
- Place the coated chicken fillets in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with your choice of sides.
- You can substitute chicken thighs if preferred.
- For added flavor, marinate chicken in buttermilk before coating.
