Instructions

- Season the chicken with the spice mix, ensuring it’s covered evenly.
- Place the chicken in a roasting pan.
- Roast in the oven for 1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before carving.
