Instructions

  2. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add minced pork, cook until browned.
  4. Add carrot and bell pepper, stir for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and hoisin sauce.
  6. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  8. Serve the pork mixture in lettuce leaves, garnish with green onions.
