- 500g minced pork

- 1 onion, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 head of butter lettuce, leaves separated
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
- Add minced pork, cook until browned.
- Add carrot and bell pepper, stir for 5 minutes.
- Mix in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and hoisin sauce.
- Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Serve the pork mixture in lettuce leaves, garnish with green onions.
