- 1 lb chicken fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Coat chicken pieces in cornstarch.
- Dip coated chicken in beaten eggs.
- Roll chicken in flour until fully coated.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry chicken until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and garlic.
- Pour sauce over chicken and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top before serving.

- Serve with rice or noodles.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Use low-sodium soy sauce for a healthier option.
