Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat chicken thighs in the marinade.
  4. Place chicken on a sheet pan along with broccoli and bell pepper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  6. During the last 5 minutes, add uncooked ramen noodles to the pan.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy.
