- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken thighs in the marinade.
- Place chicken on a sheet pan along with broccoli and bell pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- During the last 5 minutes, add uncooked ramen noodles to the pan.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- Adjust vegetables based on your preference.
- For extra crunch, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end.
- Use low-sodium soy sauce for a healthier option.
