Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Add onion and carrots, cooking until softened.
- Stir in peas, beef broth, tomato paste, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Spread the meat mixture in a baking dish.
- Top with mashed potatoes.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
