- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken fillets in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove chicken and shred with two forks.
- Return shredded chicken to the crockpot and mix with the sauce.
- Serve on buns or with sides of your choice.

- For added flavor, marinate chicken overnight.
- Use your favorite BBQ sauce for a personal touch.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
