- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix shrimp with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in another skillet or microwave.
- Assemble tacos by placing shrimp, cabbage, tomatoes, and cilantro on tortillas.
- Squeeze lime juice over the top.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate shrimp for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Serve with avocado or salsa for extra toppings.
