Instructions
- Place chicken fillets in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix chicken broth, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and olive oil.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken fillets.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken with two forks before serving.
