- 4 chicken thighs
- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken thighs and drumsticks in the slow cooker.
- Add the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper on top of the chicken.
- Pour the diced tomatoes and chicken broth over the mixture.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
- Check the chicken for doneness before serving.
Notes
- Serve with rice or bread to soak up the sauce.
- You can add other vegetables like carrots or mushrooms.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
