- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
- Pour the lemon mixture over the chicken.
- Add chicken broth to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Once cooked, garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Serve with rice or vegetables.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Can use chicken fillet if preferred.
