- 2 jalapeños, seeded and chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- Rub olive oil on the chicken fillets.
- Season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in the smoker and cook for 1.5 to 2 hours until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- While chicken is smoking, mix jalapeños, mayonnaise, and lime juice in a bowl.
- Once chicken is done, let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice chicken and serve with jalapeño mayo on the side.
