- 1 lb chicken fillet, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 pita bread
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup garlic aioli
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with olive oil, paprika, cumin, cayenne, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until fully cooked.
- Warm pita bread in a separate pan or microwave.
- Assemble gyros by placing chicken in pita and adding lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and garlic aioli.
- Roll up the pita and serve immediately.

- Adjust spice level by modifying cayenne amount.
- Use store-bought or homemade garlic aioli.
- Serve with fries or a side salad.
