- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce

- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, lime juice, garlic, and ginger.
- Marinate chicken cubes in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread chicken onto soaked skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- Serve with extra sauce for dipping.

- Adjust the spiciness by varying the amount of sriracha.
