Spinach & Chicken Bake: 7 Irresistible Comforting Flavors

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 lb chicken fillet, diced
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Add the chicken and spinach mixture to the cheese mixture and combine.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • Serve with rice or pasta if desired.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
