Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 lb chicken fillet, diced
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken and spinach mixture to the cheese mixture and combine.
- Transfer to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Serve with rice or pasta if desired.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
