Spinach & Chicken Bake: 5 Comforting Reasons to Indulge

A delicious and healthy spinach and chicken bake that is easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 pound chicken fillet, diced
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Stir in spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Add the chicken and spinach mixture to the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  8. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with a side salad.
  • Can be made ahead and baked later.
  • Add herbs for extra flavor.
