- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 pound chicken fillet, diced
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Stir in spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Add the chicken and spinach mixture to the cream cheese mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with a side salad.
- Can be made ahead and baked later.
- Add herbs for extra flavor.
