- 4 burger buns
- 2 large potatoes
- 200g turnips
- 200g carrots
- 1 onion
- Salt to taste

- Butter for mash

Instructions
- Prepare the mash by boiling peeled potatoes until soft.
- Drain and mash potatoes with butter, salt, and pepper.
- Peel and chop turnips and carrots.
- Steam turnips and carrots until tender.
- Form ground beef into patties and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook patties in a hot pan with olive oil until browned on both sides.
- Slice onion and sauté until soft.
- Assemble burgers on buns with sautéed onions.
- Serve with mash, turnips, and steamed carrots.
