- 500g chicken fillet, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken, cook until browned.
- Add mixed vegetables, stir for 3-4 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and chicken broth, pour into the pan.
- Cook until sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.

- Serve with rice or noodles.
- Can substitute vegetables based on preference.
- Adjust soy sauce for less saltiness.
