Ingredients

  • 4 chicken fillets
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, and garlic.
  3. Cut a pocket in each chicken fillet.
  4. Stuff the chicken fillets with the mixture.
  5. Season the outside of the chicken with salt and pepper.
  6. Place the stuffed chicken in a baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
