- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar.
- Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil.
- Whisk until well combined.
- Pour the sauce over chicken in a baking dish.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Bake or grill the chicken until fully cooked.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of sriracha for desired spiciness.
- This sauce can also be used for grilling or stir-frying.
