Ingredients

- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chili paste
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the beef in soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add marinated beef, cook until browned.
- Add bell pepper and onion, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add chili paste and water, mix well.
- Drizzle with sesame oil, season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot with rice.
Notes
- Adjust the chili paste to control spiciness.
- Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
- You can add more vegetables like broccoli or carrots.
