Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili paste
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef in soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Add marinated beef, cook until browned.
  5. Add bell pepper and onion, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add chili paste and water, mix well.
  7. Drizzle with sesame oil, season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve hot with rice.

  • Adjust the chili paste to control spiciness.
  • Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
