- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add taco seasoning and follow package instructions.
- Mix in diced tomatoes and half of the green onions.
- In a baking dish, layer the beef mixture and top with cheddar cheese.
- Sprinkle crushed tortilla chips on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the top before serving.
- Garnish with remaining green onions.
