- 1 cup yogurt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, and salt.
- Coat the chicken thighs in the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Place sliced onion and chopped bell peppers on a baking tray.
- Drizzle vegetables with olive oil and mix.
- Place marinated chicken on top of the vegetables.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot with rice or naan.
