Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Marinate chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add marinated chicken.
- Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water, then add to the skillet.
- Stir until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or vegetables.

- Adjust sweetness by varying the amount of honey.
- Use chicken fillets for a leaner option.
