Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken fillet, sliced
- 2 cups Thai basil leaves
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1–2 Thai chilies, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add bell pepper and onion, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar.
- Add Thai basil and chilies; cook until wilted.
- Serve hot with rice.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or fewer chilies.
- Use fresh Thai basil for best flavor.
- Serve with jasmine rice for a traditional pairing.
