- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix buttermilk, fish sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Add chicken thighs and marinate for at least 2 hours.
- In another bowl, combine flour, paprika, and black pepper.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.
- Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
- Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
- Serve with a side of spicy dipping sauce.
- Can substitute chicken thighs with drumsticks.
