  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Soak the chicken in the buttermilk mixture for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  4. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Remove chicken from buttermilk, allowing excess to drip off.
  6. Coat each piece in the breadcrumb mixture.
  7. Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
  9. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until crispy and cooked through.
