- 4 chicken thighs
- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Soak the chicken in the buttermilk mixture for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Remove chicken from buttermilk, allowing excess to drip off.
- Coat each piece in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until crispy and cooked through.
Notes
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
