Ingredients

- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, chopped onion, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove from pan and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Serve with tartar sauce or a salad.
- Can be baked for a healthier option.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
