- 500g chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon yogurt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, yogurt, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill or skewers over medium heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
- Grill the kebabs for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use to prevent burning.
- Adjust spices according to your taste.
- Serve with pita bread and salad for a complete meal.
