Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken fillets

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  3. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Stir in heavy cream, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes.
  7. Mix in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  8. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve warm with sauce over chicken.
