Ingredients

- 4 chicken sausages
- 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken sausages and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove sausages and set aside.
- Add onion and garlic to the skillet, sauté until onion is translucent.
- Add kale and cook until wilted.
- Stir in white beans and chicken broth.
- Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Return sausages to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Notes
- Serve with crusty bread.
- This dish can be made ahead and reheated.
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
