Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken sausages and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove sausages and set aside.
  4. Add onion and garlic to the skillet, sauté until onion is translucent.
  5. Add kale and cook until wilted.
  6. Stir in white beans and chicken broth.
  7. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  8. Return sausages to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
